Your satisfaction is our priority

At Kailany Design, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something isn't right — whether it's a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — we'll take care of everything: you can choose between a free replacement or a full refund.


1. Damaged or Defective Item

Despite our ultra-resistant packaging, it's possible for a courier to be careless. If your artwork arrives damaged:

  • Send us an email at resi@kailanydesign.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Attach a photo of the damage (of the product and, if possible, of the packaging).

  • What we do: We will immediately ship an identical new item, at our expense.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

According to the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of the order to change your mind.

  • Conditions: The product must be intact, in its original packaging, and must not show any signs of use.

  • Procedure: Contact us at the address above to receive the return warehouse address.

  • Costs: Shipping costs for returns due to a change of mind are borne by the customer (we recommend tracked shipping).

  • Important note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are clearly personalized or made to the customer's specific request (extra-catalog sizes or personalized graphic modifications).

3. Sale Products (Flash Sales)

Please note that items purchased during special "Flash Sales" promotions or in the Outlet section may not be eligible for returns due to a change of mind, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

4. How is the refund processed?

Once the return is received and checked, we will issue the refund within 7 business days directly to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or other). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the operation is completed.
